BYOB and join us for an unforgettable journey on the serene waters of Winter Park's chain of lakes, where tranquility meets adventure. Our SUP Yoga class offers a unique experience blending the beauty of nature with the rejuvenating practice of yoga. Glide atop the water as we explore the picturesque surroundings, then anchor down for a blissful flow and stretch session, guided by the gentle lapping of the waves. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, there's something for everyone in our welcoming community. Plus, stick around after class for a workshop session where you can delve deeper into poses and techniques, tailored to your interests and skill level. Come find your balance, connect with nature, and leave feeling refreshed, renewed, and ready to take on the world. GOOD TO KNOW: You should wear clothes that are comfortable enough for Downward Dog type poses AND that can get wet, lol. Most people prefer a bathing suit / yoga combo. I usually wear a tankini top, rashguard, and yoga leggings. You can wear water shoes if you would like, although most people SUP barefoot. It's gonna be a Bright Sunny Day, and the UV Index is High for tomorrow, so you might want a hat and sunglasses, as well as bio friendly sunscreen. Please bring a refillable water bottle and stay hydrated!! I'll bring a fancy fresh water for us to enjoy. :) We'll start our SUP adventure with a SUP 101 lesson where I'll teach you everything you need to know about paddling. Then we'll head out onto pristine Lake Virginia. We'll navigate a beautiful vintage canal, and set anchor for a feel-good Stretch & Flow SUP Yoga class. After our extended Savasanaaaaaaaahhhhhh!! we'll head back to shore. Please reach out to me with any questions.
